From the Office of Faculty Development Survey 2002, what is the difference between program03.sas and program04.sas?  One way to find the difference is to print out the two files and then scan them by eye for differences.  Another way is to use a computer program designed to compare two text files.  One such program is ExamDiff download.  This is another useful free program like NoteTab Lite.

Modify program03.sas or program04.sas from the Office of Faculty Development Survey 2002, pick the program that is most appropriate, do the following:

  1. Make a bar graph of the frequency of faculty types on campus.
  2. Make a bar graph of the frequency of the location where faculty use computers by the faculty types on campus.  (See Ch.2 Sec.F)
  3. Read Ch.3 Sec.O and explain what the idea is with the Mantel-Haenszel Chi-Square Test for Stratifies Tables is?
  4. Conduct a Mantel-Haenszel Chi-Square Test for Confidence and Interest in using Blackbroad by the faculty types on campus
